....Harpie do you even READ settings and backing stories? XD The Hounds of Celestia are Human forms of wolves. The wolves are the original forms (or the forms that humans see) They're human in appearance but Humans can't actually SEE them. They see wolves. Think of it like... Wolf's Rain except that the wolves don't take human form they ARE human form. Humans just...can't see them. Does that make sense? XD

Ah, Harpie, Only the Humans that are being guarded or "believe" can see them as what they are (Humanoid). Everyone else sees them as wolves/hounds. I'm sorry my stories make no sense, another reason they will never be published ^^;;
